Loren Hollers of Soldotna won the grand prize in the fourth annual Fish Alaska magazine Reader's Recipe Contest for his Macadamia Nut Crusted Halibut with Mango and Peach Chipotle Salsa. The Fish Alaska magazine Reader's Recipe Contest cook-off took place at the Kincaid Grill in Anchorage Sept. 28. His recipe as well those of the other three finalist recipes will appear in the February 2009 issue of Fish Alaska magazine. Fish Alaska magazine, owned and operated by a brother and sister team, Marcus Weiner and Melissa Norris, is published 10 times a year.
