Construction workers tighten cement scaffolding on the core of the construction site located between Northern Lights and Benson boulevards on C Street in Anchorage. The 14-story building will feature a floor of retail stores, and several floors of parking and Class A office space. Developers say the core of the building will be up by the end of summer. The building is scheduled to be completed next year.
