A bill making changes in laws guiding claims against real estate licensees for errors and other changes in procedures by the state Real Estate Commission was voted out of the House Labor and Commerce Committee and is now in the House Finance Committee. House Bill 357 was sponsored by the House Labor and Commerce Committee.
