Movers & Shakers
Wells Fargo Alaska has promoted 12 of its employees. David Baker, David Byrne, Darin Floyd and Deanna Thompson have been promoted to vice president. Baker is the senior business relationship manager for the bank's commercial banking group, and he has 12 years of business banking experience in Alaska as a commercial loan officer, small business administration lending manager and credit analyst.
Byrne is senior industry specialist for the bank's commercial real estate group. He has been with Wells Fargo for six years, and has worked for the bank as a business relationship manager in Kodiak and personal banker in Petersburg.
Floyd is the senior industry specialist for the bank's commercial real estate group. Floyd has been with Wells Fargo for eight years, and has worked as a personal banker, store manager and business relationship manager.
Thompson is a human resources consultant. Thompson has been with the bank for more than seven years. Wells Fargo has promoted Susan Kernes to assistant vice president.
Kernes is the Alaska contributions manager. She has 30 years of experience in public relations, marketing, fundraising and public radio programming.
Wells Fargo has promoted seven employees to officers.
Erin Barry is a human resources recruiter and has been with the bank for more than five years.
Kim Bryan is a human resources associate and has been with Wells Fargo for 19 years.
Tadd Fagerud is a personal banker and has been with the bank for two years.
Matt Knell is a personal banker. Before joining Wells Fargo in February 2004, Knell worked as a real estate agent in Homer.
Joshua Lowman is a personal banker and has been with Wells Fargo for almost five years.
Roxanne Pincoeis is a service manager and has worked for the bank for more than six years. Lara Shogren is a personal banker and has worked for Wells Fargo for more than three years. Wells Fargo and its affiliates serve customers throughout Alaska.
Peter Hocson is the new general manager of Koma Sales Co. Hocson has 40 years of banking and finance experience in Alaska. He has served in a wide range of positions, including serving as a senior executive with the former National Bank of Alaska, general manager of the Alaska State Trade Office in Japan, and chief executive officer of a village corporation. Koma Sales is a tourism development firm based in Juneau.
Resource Data Inc. has hired
Brandon Wood as a programmer and analyst in its Juneau office. Wood has extensive experience creating Web-enabled applications and earned a bachelor's degree in computer science and mathematics from the University of Alaska Anchorage. Resource Data develops custom computer software applications, with more than 50 information technology professionals in its Anchorage and Juneau offices.
The Rasmuson Foundation has appointed Joel Neimeyer as a program officer. Neimeyer will work with the foundation through a cooperative agreement between the foundation, U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and Alaska Native Tribal Health Consortium. Neimeyer had previously worked as the health facilities program manager for the Denali Commission. He is a licensed professional engineer with 14 years of experience planning and developing rural infrastructure in Alaska and Washington.
