Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Coldwell Banker Fortune have signed a joint venture to originate, process and fund mortgage loans for Coldwell Banker Fortune.

The joint venture, Alaska Best Mortgage LLC, is co-owned by Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Coldwell Banker Fortune. Terms of the agreement were not disclosed, according to a press release. Ethan Hormann is the sales manager for Alaska Best Mortgage.

The joint venture will offer customers of Coldwell Banker a range of home financing products and services through Wells Fargo Home Mortgage, the nation's leading provider of residential financing.

Coldwell Banker Fortune has offices in Anchorage, Eagle River and Wasilla, and offers a full-service relocation department, complimentary concierge program and guaranteed service standards for both buyers and sellers.

Based in Des Moines, Iowa, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage serves more then 5 million customers nationwide.
