The state Department of Transportation and Public Facilities is holding a public meeting concerning the Anchorage Area General Aviation System Plan from 7-9 p.m. Jan. 31 at the DOT&PF conference room, 4111 Aviation Ave. The plan's goal is to assess the existing general aviation facilities and services in the Anchorage area and to identify future requirements and opportunities.
