NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE
TO ALL THE WORLD, TAKE NOTICE:
By virtue of a final judgment heretofore entered in the above entitled action by the District Court for the State of Alaska, Third Judicial District, on November 27, 2017, in favor of the plaintiff and against the defendant in the sum of $2,150.94, plus monthly dues, assessments, late charges, fines, attorney fees, costs and interest from the date of judgment until the sale date, which execution was directed and delivered to me as a civil process server in and for the State of Alaska, I have levied upon all rights, titles and interest of the judgment debtor Nathaniel W. Carter, in the following described property:
Unit No. D-503 of FRONTIER VILLAGE 1, A CONDOMINIUM, as shown on the Floor Plans filed under Plat 83-416, records of the Anchorage Recording District, Third Judicial District, State of Alaska, and as identified in that certain Declaration recorded October 13, 1982, in Book 983 at Page 1, and any amendments thereto.
The Street address of such property being 2250 Sentry Drive #D-503, Anchorage, Alaska 99507.
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on October 30, 2018 at 10 o’clock a.m. the undersigned will sell the above-described real properties to the highest bidder for cash, cashier’s check or money order. The sale will be held at the main front entrance of the Anchorage Boney Courthouse, 303 K Street, Anchorage, Alaska, to satisfy said execution, together with interest and costs of sale. The property sold will be subject to redemption rights.
