Why doesn't the page load faster?
Varying line speed connections, combined with the type of service you subscribe to (modem, cable, LAN), affect the download speed of any page on the Internet. Additionally, certain pages may be graphic heavy and therefore have a longer download period.
What is Flash, and why do I get a pop-up window asking me to upgrade?
Macromedia Flash is the cutting-edge program which allows for seamless animation and special effects on the Web. In order to view Flash documents, you need the free Flash plug-in, (a small piece of software) which extends the capability of your browser. Why can't I see the RealMedia videos?
