Fishermen's Finest moves to enter rockfish lawsuit

Here's the latest documents on the lawsuit filed by five companies with Kodiak processing facilities challenging the Gulf of Alaska rockfish program (since down to four after International Seafoods of Alaska dropped out last week).

Fishermen's Finest, which operates two catcher processors, the American No. 1 and the Intrepid, has moved to intervene in the case to defend the revised rockfish program, arguing the processors' assertion they are "fishing" operations under Magnuson-Stevens Act would upend fisheries management to their detriment.

Here is the motion to intervene, and their proposed answer to the processors' original complaint.

The feds have also filed their response to the suit. You can get that here.
