Construction workers with Davis Constructors & Engineers Inc. raise the I beam into place during the topping-out ceremony for the new mother-baby tower at Providence Alaska Medical Center. Steelwork on the mother-baby tower is complete. The tower will expand and modernize the newborn intensive care, prenatal, mother-baby and labor and delivery units. The $150.3 million project will be complete in 2014.
