Executive Chef Aaron Gilman of Seven Glaciers will show how to make Birch Syrup Glazed Duck Breast, and other variations of duck at the next SBS Bon Appetit Gourmet Chef Demo. Gilman is a graduate of Western Culinary Institute in Portland and he worked at restaurants in Fairbanks, Arizona and New Mexico, before returning to Alaska to join Alyeska Resort.
