On May 28th, Commonwealth North will hold the third of a three-part series discussing the state’s plan to own twenty percent of a North Slope natural gas pipeline project. The Alaska constitution requires the legislature to ensure that the state’s resources are utilized for the maximum benefit of the people. Our panel of experts will discuss what, “maximum benefit” means and how it applies to this historic, multibillion dollar investment in a gas pipeline project. Doors open at 11:30am.
